Customer Application Assistant

Job description

We are looking for a high energy and conscientious employee to join our growing team. Our Application Assistants need to be able to interact with customers via telephony services and be great listeners. Our advisors will need to have great empathy and the ability to use their initiative whilst multi-tasking. Excellent rates of pay with potentially unlimited commission. You will be required to make lots of calls. Our service sells itself and all our customers come from our own inbound leads, so you are not cold calling. There is no upfront payment for our service, we simply help individuals fill online forms in. This is not a hard selling sales role, but there are company expectations. Successful applicants will need to be highly driven and have the following skills -

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner
• Good English written skills (Very important as you are form filling)
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Active listening skills
• The ability to multitask.
• Work as a team
• Ability to follow
• Good IT skills (CRM systems, spreadsheets)
• Time management
