About The Role

Are you a proactive and dedicated Veterinary Surgeon looking for an exciting role just within the M25?
Winton Lodge Vets, which has returned to independent, vet run ownership, is where you'll enjoy the many returned and loyal clients.

Our Epsom & Leatherhead sites are thriving, and we are looking for a proactive and dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to drive this practice into a new lease of life, by bringing your skills, charisma, and dedication to patient care to our consulting room and theatres.

You will be supported by our experienced management team, who will be there with you every step of the way, alongside our RVN & Support Teams.
We are very happy to support you in your area of expertise, and are happy to invest in any equipment you feel you need to provide the very best standards of care.

Within our independent group, we have a huge amount of certificate holding vets, with interests in Soft Tissue Surgery, Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, Neurology, Dermatology, Exotics, Oncology & more, who are all there to support you and guide you in case discussion.

If you are looking for clinical progression, we want to help with this. We are a Vet-Led group, and our founders are super passionate about creating opportunity for the vets in our teams. We offer enhanced CPD packages, and are very happy to help with certificate funding. We are also very dedicated to ensuring that you feel that you are always offering the best standards of care, and that's why we offer zero perfect finance plans throughout all of the practices in our group, giving you that extra bit of support when it comes to those difficult conversations in the consultation room.

This is a part-time position, and because work/life balance is important to us, we can offer either a 2 or day working week between both our Leatherhead and Epsom practices with a small share on the Saturday rota.

What's in it for you?
- Salary of Up to £80,000+, Depending on Experience - Full time equivalent
  • Part time position
- £2000 CPD Allowance or Certificate Funding
  • Working with a certificate holder
- Perkbox Subscription
- Visa sponsorship if required
- 5.6 weeks annual leave FTE
- Dental & Health Cashback Scheme
- Clinical Progression Opportunities through CPD and Internal Opportunities
