Salary: £24,000 Basic + UNCAPPED Commission (£39,500 OTE / £60,000+ realistic) + Up to £5k Bonus Hours: 5-Day Working Rota

Essential Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of proven franchise motor trade sales experience is essential.
  • Skills: A strong closer who thrives on high volume. You must be fully IT literate and comfortable working in a fast-paced, 100% digital and paperless multi-system environment.
