Oracle Fusion Technical Lead – Global Finance Transformation

Salary: Up to £110,000 + excellent benefits package
Contract: 2-Year Fixed Term Contract

Hybrid: 2 days per week onsite

We are recruiting an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Lead to play a pivotal role in a major global Finance Strategic Transformation Programme.

The organisation is implementing Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM to create a modern, cloud-based finance platform, transforming finance processes, improving business insight and delivering an enhanced user experience across its global operations.

This is a high-profile technical leadership position offering significant ownership across the programme. You'll work closely with Finance, Technology, business stakeholders and the System Integrator to ensure the successful technical design and delivery of the new Oracle platform.

Job Description:

As Technical Lead, you will be responsible for the end-to-end technical delivery of Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading technical delivery across Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM
• Providing technical oversight across architecture, integrations, data migration, security, environments and platform management
• Overseeing integration design and delivery using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs and middleware technologies
• Driving technical governance, design decisions and solution assurance
• Ensuring solutions align with Oracle best practice and wider enterprise architecture standards
• Managing technical risks, dependencies and programme deliverables
• Working closely with Finance, Technology teams and the System Integrator to ensure high-quality delivery
• Supporting testing, cutover, hypercare and transition into BAU
• Leading and mentoring technical team members and promoting delivery excellence

Key Skills:

• Proven experience leading large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM implementations
• Strong technical expertise across Oracle Fusion architecture, integrations, security, reporting and data migration
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integration solutions
• Experience delivering complex Finance Transformation programmes
• Strong solution architecture and technical governance capabilities
• Experience working within complex, multi-region or global environments
• The ability to work effectively with System Integrators and multiple technical workstreams
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-focused outcomes
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and programme delivery capabilities
