*Overview* We are seeking a skilled Panel Beater to join our team in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for repairing and restoring vehicle bodies to their original condition. *Responsibilities* - Use power tools to repair and replace damaged vehicle panels - Assemble and fit new panels following manufacturer guidelines - Apply mechanical knowledge to identify and resolve issues with vehicle bodywork - Conduct equipment repairs and maintenance as needed - Weld and fabricate metal components to repair vehicle frames - Interpret schematics to guide repair processes - Utilize hand tools for precision work - Perform heavy lifting when required - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns professionally *Skills* - Proficiency in using power tools for panel beating tasks - Strong mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair vehicle bodywork - Ability to repair and maintain equipment used in panel beating - Welding skills for metal fabrication and repairs - Familiarity with interpreting schematics for accurate repairs - Competence in using hand tools for detailed work - Capability to handle heavy lifting during panel beating tasks - Customer service skills to interact effectively with clients
