Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and painting between tenancies, ensuring a high-quality finish, to strict deadlines. This is a new post and you'll have control over your own diary and schedule to ensure properties are turned around efficiently between tenancies.
Responsibilities
- Represent Qube on-site to a high standard at locations throughout the North West
- Refresh walls and ceilings in vacant units between tenancies
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Ad-hoc basic maintenance work when efficient to do so
Qualifications
- Proficient in English to understand instructions and communicate effectively
- Experience in painting and decorating
- Ability to drive to different work locations as needed
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
