The work:

You will specialise in working with composite decking that has already been fitted historically replacing any defective boards and then cleaning and recoating existing decks with specialist paints to restore the appearance.

The work is mostly outside and working on luxury homes and business premises nationwide, the size of each job varies from one day to a few weeks and each job is in a different location and you will be on full pay even when rained off.

The role:

  • Air B and B house fully paid when lodging away
  • Nationwide contract, some weeks may be local enough to commute however, most of the time the work may involve working away 4 nights per week
  • For the jobs that require long travel, early starts on mondays will be necessary and early finishes on Friday will be prioritised when and where possible to compensate for early starts on mondays
  • Monday to Friday (no requirement for weekend working)
  • This is more relaxed and less stressful compared to site work. It means working in less busy and calming environments with much less going on and nobody in your way making things difficult

Requirements

  • Willingness to work away from home and spend full days on the job
  • Very high attention to detail is paramount
  • This is not on-site "rush work" it strictly requires patience and quality workmanship

Every day we come to work we keep making the world a safer, brighter, and happier place.

Our work is meaningful and most definitely rewarding and with your support, we hope to become more effective in our mission.
