The SLP Group is seeking a reliable and versatile Multi-Skilled Tradesman to join our expanding team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone experienced across a range of trades, including painting, carpentry, basic plumbing, tiling, and general property maintenance. You'll work across residential and commercial sites, delivering high-quality workmanship with a focus on professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on client properties
  • Carry out painting, decorating, plastering, minor plumbing, and general carpentry
  • Identify and troubleshoot maintenance issues efficiently
  • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and correctly
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Work independently or as part of a small team on larger projects

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in multi-trade or general property maintenance
  • Skilled in several trades, ideally including:
  • Painting and decorating
  • Minor plumbing
  • Tiling and flooring
  • Carpentry or joinery
  • Proficient with hand and power tools
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
