Medical Receptionist - GP Surgery in Nottingham

Location: Nottingham, UK
Salary: £16 per hour
Hours: 30 hours per week

We are a friendly and well-established GP surgery in Nottingham, dedicated to providing high-quality care to our diverse patient community. We are seeking a professional and compassionate Medical Receptionist to join our supportive team.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. Your role will involve:

  • Greeting patients and managing check-in processes
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate patient records
  • Handling phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries with professionalism
  • Liaising with healthcare professionals to support smooth clinic operations
  • Performing administrative tasks such as processing referrals and managing correspondence
