- Managing your own workload and planned service schedule effectively.
- Completing accurate digital service reports and maintaining customer records.
- Carrying out follow-up visits to monitor treatment effectiveness.
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with Health & Safety requirements and industry standards.
- Representing the business professionally on every customer visit.
What We're Looking For

You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience working within the pest control industry.
- RSPH Level 2 Award in Pest Management or an equivalent industry qualification.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to identify practical solutions.
- The confidence to work independently and manage your own workload.
- A proactive, professional and reliable approach.
- A full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
Why Join Us?
- £31,192 per annum
- Full training and ongoing professional development.
- Opportunities for long-term career progression.
- A varied role across residential, commercial and industrial environments.
- The opportunity to work independently while being part of a supportive team.
- The chance to work across some of the scenic areas of the North West.
