Working Hours
This position requires full-time commitment, with attendance required five days a week, Monday through Friday.
There is an opportunity to work additional hours on Saturdays for extra compensation, as well as the potential to increase earnings through up-selling commissions.
About You
As a pest control technician, you must possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent time management abilities, and keen attention to detail.
You will build and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients. Your responsibilities include ensuring client satisfaction by providing expert advice, establishing clear expectations, and restoring safety to their environment.
You should be comfortable working autonomously and capable of making decisions aligned with our professional and ethical standards.
In addition to performing your duties, you will educate customers on proper procedures to maintain hygiene standards.
It is essential that you are proficient in creating detailed and accurate reports for each visit, and able to use a smartphone for photography.
Requirements
- Valid UK driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
- Minimum education to GCSE level or equivalent
- Professional and amiable communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership qualities
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
