Experienced Pest Control Technician (£24,000 - £30,000, West Midlands)

Our qualified technicians in the West Midlands earn £24,000 - £30,000 p.a. This is made up of a basic salary up to £24,000 (dependent on experience) + overtime + uncapped commission. About the Role

Job Title: Experienced Pest Control Technician. BPCA/RSPH Level 2 qualification or equivalent.

Location: West Midlands, UK

Salary: Up to £24,000 basic salary (dependant on experience) + overtime, commission. Our technicians earn £24,000 – £30,000.

Key Responsibilities:

· Pest Control Services: Perform comprehensive pest control treatments, including inspections, identifications, across various corporate and commercial properties.

· Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients, providing them with detailed explanations and advice of the pest problems, treatment plans, and preventative measures.

· Documentation: Maintain accurate records of services provided, including treatment reports, safety procedures, and client interactions.

· Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards.

Person Requirements:

· Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a pest control technician.

· Knowledge: In-depth understanding of pest biology, behaviour, and control methods. BPCA/RSPH Level 2 qualification or equivalent is required. BPCA/RSPH Level 3 applications are welcomed.

· Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

· Communication: good verbal and written communication skills.

· Personal Qualities: Genuinely nice, reliable, hard-working, self-motivated, organised, professional, and committed to providing high-quality service.
