Due to the nature of the position, a full UK driving license is essential for this role, with a maximum of 6 penalty points.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Carry out technician routine inspections, emergency call out visits and job work to Commercial Clients and residential. Problem solving abilities are a must for this position.
• Good time management and planning of the workload is essential.
• Strong problem solving abilities will be needed, as many of our clients operate under unique conditions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. The successful applicant must carry out their work to the highest standards.
• Out of hours’ work (remunerated as overtime) will be required to carry out inspections within our commercial contracts. Some weekend work may be required of the candidate.
• Training is ongoing for any applicant, both in-house and with external courses / certification. The successful applicant would have a strong network of support in place.

Salary: £30,000.00 per year
