Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and trustworthy individual, who is interested in a career in this exciting industry. The successful applicant will need to be enthusiastic, passionate, conscientious, highly motivated & a reliable individual. The successful candidate must hold RSPH Level 2 in Pest Management or equivalent and will be enrolled on the BPCA Continued Personal Development program. We have a solid and growing commercial client base providing pest management and bird deterrent to the commercial, agricultural and domestic sectors, from reactive job work through to scheduled inspections.

Candidates will require:

• Full clean driving licence.
• Great communication skills, be adaptable, efficient, good at relationship building, problem-solving and digital literacy.
• Punctual well-presented and smart appearance.
• Complete an enhanced DBS/security clearance.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Details of the role we are offering:

• Full-time employment (Mon-Fri) May consider part time.
• A basic salary £27.5K + bonus schemes.
• Overtime

We provide on-going training and support, with opportunities to obtain higher level qualifications for those who are keen to progress their knowledge and experience working up to the RSPH Level 3.

We are looking for a candidate with excellent written and verbal communication skills, who are outgoing, confident, physically fit, who are happy to work indoors and outdoors, and who are comfortable dealing with the general public.
