Experienced Pest Control Technician

John O’Conner Pest Control are looking for an experience pest control management technician in the Peterborough area with a great work ethic and wants to join a very friendly and successful team.

Up to £28,000 depending on experience per annum + Overtime/Commission (Travel times are paid)

Driving Licence essential

Must hold RSPH Level 2 Pest Management Certificate

The successful candidate will receive ongoing training plus CPD scheme.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out surveys to identify pests, the extent of the infestation, and potential entry points
  • Developing and safely implementing treatment plans based on the unique needs of each site
  • Communicating with clients about the pest control process, preventive measures, and maintenance to ensure a pest-free environment
  • Maintaining accurate records of services provided, including the types of pests, treatment methods, and any follow-up recommendations
  • Following safety protocols and regulations, ensuring the responsible use of pesticides and chemicals.

Skills and qualifications:

  • RSPH Level 2 Pest Management Certificate
  • Willingness to learn and continuously develop
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Must undergo DBS check.
