At Copley Pest Solutions, we’ve completely ripped up the traditional pest control rulebook. We operate a strict "Geographic Hub" model. We don't do cross-county ping-pong routing. If you live in Bradford or Halifax areas, you work in this area

We are currently looking for a driven, customer-focused technician living within the BD or HX postcode area to take over our highly concentrated territory.

The Role: Work Smarter, Not Harder

Forget the chaotic 14-job days spread across 50 miles. We operate the "5/3 Hub Rule":

• Maximum 5 routine commercial contracts per day.
• 3 open slots reserved strictly for high-value, local reactive emergencies.
• You will be anchored to specific micro-clusters in Bradford or Halifax each day. Your drive time drops by 30%, meaning you spend your time doing high-quality work, earning high-tier bonuses, and getting home on time.

The Earnings: Build Your Own Paycheck

We pay a highly competitive hourly base rate, plus Time + 1/4 for any Saturday overtime. But where our technicians really win is through our Sovereign Bonus Structure.

Because you aren't wasting time driving, you have the time to upsell and dominate your hub. Our "Power Performers" regularly add £300 to £500+ to their monthly paycheck through:

• The "Proofing First" Bonus: Earn an uncapped 5% commission on the net value of all physical proofing (mesh, bristle strips, sealants, vent covers) you sell and install on-site.
• The Volume Bonus: Fast and efficient? For every job you complete beyond your standard 8-slot daily cap on a highly profitable day, you get a flat £5.00 cash bonus per job.
• The "Cloverleaf" Lead Bonus: Drop a few flyers to the neighbors after an emergency job. If one books a job or signs a commercial contract with us, you get a £10.00 flat bounty.

What You Need

• Must be based within the BD/HX or surrounding postcode area. (Strict requirement to maintain our zero-travel model).
• RSPH / BPCA Level 2 Award in Pest Management (or equivalent).
• A full, valid UK Driving Licence.
• A proactive, "business-owner" mindset. You aren't just spraying bugs; you are managing the environmental health of your specific Bradford territory.
• Exceptional customer service skills—we are a premium Tier-2 provider and our doorstep experience is everything.
