Through growing contracts our development is continuous, and as a result, we are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced pest risk response manager, to join our team.

Role Specification:

• Must be Level 3 RSPH/BPCA qualified as a minimum.
• 45 Hours per week contract.
• Attend & manage the escalation process for sites within their geographical area.
• Completing high level inspections to technically challenging sites.
• Implementing robust treatment plans with the aim to reduce Pest Risk.
• Offer guidance on treatment plans to technicians who maintain sites that have gone to ‘Escalation/High Risk’ status.
• Communicate clearly to clients at all levels the expectations & outcomes of the Escalation process.
• Communicate clearly to Contego the status of sites in Escalation and projected outcomes.
• Carry out site meetings to discuss sites currently in Escalation delivering information on treatment progress as needed.
• Provide cost information for Escalation treatment plans if this falls outside of contract specification.
• Ensure compliance with company standards with feedback to the Management teams on service standards whilst undertaking Escalation visits.
• Ensure correct levels and type of control is in place for effective Pest Control.
• Work with Operations Managers & Pest Risk Managers when a contract/site becomes ‘at risk’ due to current pest issues.
• Provide regular comms throughout team whilst promoting Contego’s core values.
• Attend management meetings (if required).
• Maximise sales opportunities either self-sold or supporting the sales team within the contract specification.
• Provide training information to Operations Manager if field team members are identified who do not currently hit required criteria.
• Any other ‘Ad Hoc’ duties as per Contego’s requirements

KPI (Key Performance Indicators):

• Understand Client Contract Specifications.
• Maintain QA visit frequency of sites within agreed Geographical area.
• Ensure QA visits are completed (if required) when on site as part of the Escalation process.
• Ensure App usage and deliver training/retraining where needed if this forms part of the Escalation process.

Health & Safety:

• Promote a Safe workspace in line with Contego’s H&S policies.
• Action any Accident/Incident/Near Miss in line with Contego’s H&S Policies
• Report any failures in SSoW within our service delivery to continue to promote a Safe workspace.
• Promote and use all correct PPE whilst completing work to build a ‘lead by example culture’.
• Report any issues and training need to the relevant person’s or record via the correct investigation on the Contego systems

Pay: £38,000.00 per year
