As part of our continued growth, we're expanding our in-house pest control division and are looking for an experienced Pest Control Technician to join the team.

This is an opportunity to join a growing division with an established portfolio of commercial customers and regular planned maintenance work already in place.

The Role:

You'll be responsible for delivering a combination of planned preventative pest control visits and reactive pest control services across your region.

Your diary will include regular scheduled visits to commercial customer sites, alongside reactive call-outs, follow-up treatments and recommendations for additional pest prevention works.

We're looking for someone who can manage their own regional workload, build strong relationships with customers and represent Elevate FM to a consistently high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out scheduled pest control PPM visits across a defined regional customer portfolio
• Attend reactive pest control call-outs
• Identify, investigate and treat pest activity
• Carry out follow-up visits and monitor treatment effectiveness
• Install and maintain pest monitoring and control equipment
• Identify pest entry points and recommend proofing or preventative works
• Complete accurate digital service reports following every visit
• Maintain appropriate pesticide, equipment and vehicle stocks
• Ensure all treatments are carried out safely and in accordance with relevant legislation and industry best practice
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings, treatments and recommendations
• Identify opportunities where Elevate FM can provide additional pest control or facilities management support

What We're Looking For:

Ideally, you'll already have experience working independently as a Pest Control Technician within commercial environments.

You'll need:

• RSPH Level 2 Award in Pest Management or equivalent recognised qualification
• Previous pest control experience
• Good knowledge of common UK pest species and appropriate treatment methods
• A full UK driving licence
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage a regional workload
• Confidence using mobile technology to complete job reports and documentation
• A proactive approach to identifying and resolving problems

Experience of commercial pest control contracts, pest proofing and working across multi-site customer portfolios would be particularly beneficial.
