As we continue to grow in the UK and Ireland, we are looking for a proactive and highly organised Marketing & Training Associate to join our team.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting role for an ambitious marketer or project coordinator looking to develop their career within the aesthetics industry. You will play a key role in supporting the execution of marketing initiatives while also coordinating our growing clinical education and training programmes.

Working closely with Marketing, Commercial, Clinical Education, Medical Affairs and external agency partners, you will help bring campaigns, events and educational programmes to life, ensuring an exceptional experience for customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Support

  • Support the planning and execution of IBSA Derma brand plans and marketing activities.
  • Assist with product launches, promotional campaigns, educational initiatives and customer engagement programmes.
  • Coordinate the development, review and approval of marketing materials, digital assets, sales tools and educational resources.
  • Support congresses, exhibitions, workshops, advisory boards and customer events.
  • Assist with omnichannel marketing activities, including email campaigns, website content and social media initiatives.
  • Monitor competitor activity, customer feedback and campaign performance to generate actionable insights.
  • Work collaboratively with commercial, medical and clinical teams to ensure consistent customer messaging.
  • Coordinate external agencies and suppliers to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Training Programme Coordination

  • Manage the end-to-end administration of IBSA Derma training programmes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for training enquiries, bookings and delegate communications.
  • Verify delegate eligibility, professional registrations and training prerequisites.
  • Coordinate training schedules, venues, trainer availability and delegate logistics.
  • Manage training records, attendance tracking, invoicing and payment administration.
  • Coordinate pre-learning activities and training-day requirements.
  • Collect delegate feedback, issue certificates and support continuous programme improvement.
  • Liaise with trainers, BDMs, clinical teams and external training providers to ensure successful delivery of all educational activities.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines excellent organisational skills with strong commercial awareness and a passion for aesthetic marketing.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Desirable Experience

  • Previous experience in marketing, project coordination, events, training administration or commercial support.
  • Experience within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, aesthetics or a regulated industry.
  • Awareness of ABHI, ABPI, MHRA and healthcare compliance requirements.
  • Experience supporting educational events, congresses or healthcare professional training programmes.
