Full job description

About Healthera

Healthera is one of the UK's leading digital health platforms, trusted by over 1,700 pharmacies to manage prescriptions, deliver NHS and private clinical services, and engage patients at scale. We connect pharmacies, clinicians, and patients through a single integrated platform powering everything from Pharmacy First and PGDs to repeat prescriptions and direct-to-patient communications.

We operate across both B2B (pharmacies and pharmacy groups) and B2C (patients using our app and digital services), giving us a unique vantage point at the intersection of healthcare infrastructure and consumer products.

We're in a strong growth phase, expanding our product suite, scaling our commercial team, and sharpening how we take products to market. This is a place where people who love the craft of marketing, building things, shipping things, making things better and can do some of their best work.

The Role

This is a hands on marketing and growth role for someone who takes real pride in execution. You'll sit within the Growth & Marketing function, working closely with the Marketing Lead to bring strategy to life across campaigns, content, CRM and sales enablement.

You'll own the doing. That means building and sending campaigns in HubSpot, writing copy that actually converts, producing sales collateral that the team reaches for and ensuring nothing falls through the gaps.

We're less focused on where you've come from and more interested in how you think, how you work, and how much you care about doing things well.

Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign & CRM Execution

  • Build, schedule and send marketing emails and nurture sequences in HubSpot including pharmacy facing B2B campaigns and patient facing B2C communications.
  • Maintain contact lists, segmentation and workflows to ensure the right messages reach the right audiences.
  • Support the execution of go-to-market launches across email, in-app, and digital channels.
  • Keep HubSpot organised and up to date: a clean CRM is a high performing CRM.

Content & Copywriting

  • Write clear, compelling copy across formats: emails, landing pages, one-pagers, in-app messages and social content.
  • Adapt tone and messaging for different audiences: pharmacy owners and groups on one side, patients on the other.
  • Support product and feature announcements, turning briefs into polished communications that land well across every channel.

Sales Collateral & Enablement

  • Produce and maintain the collateral that helps the sales team win: pitch decks, product one-pagers, case studies, and objection handling guides.
  • Work from briefs provided by the Marketing Lead, executing to a consistently high standard.
  • Keep materials current as the product evolves, so the sales team always has something they're proud to send.

Who you are

  • You're 3-4 years into your marketing career, ideally in a demand gen, growth, or product marketing role at a SaaS or tech company
  • You've used HubSpot hands-on: building emails, managing lists, setting up workflows and nurture sequences
  • You can write copy that adapts to different audiences and actually drives action
  • You've been close to MQL targets and pipeline metrics: you know what it takes to move them
  • You're self-sufficient enough to take a brief and run with it, without needing day-to-day direction
  • You manage your own workload well, flag blockers early, and follow through on what you commit to

Desirable

  • You've worked in a B2B SaaS environment where marketing is tied directly to pipeline and revenue
  • You have experience producing sales collateral from a brief
  • You're curious about healthcare and motivated by work that has real-world impact on patients

Pay: £39,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

Application question(s):

  • How many years of hands-on experience do you have using HubSpot or a similar CRM/marketing automation platform?
  • Have you produced sales enablement materials before (e.g. one-pagers, pitch decks, case studies)?

Experience:

  • Marketing: 3 years (preferred)

Work authorisation:

  • United Kingdom (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in London EC2M
