Property Photographer

Full-time | Warrington, Wigan and St Helens

Ashtons Estate Agents is looking for a property photographer to join our marketing team. You’ll visit around 3–4 properties a day within your allocated area, capturing the details that make each home stand out.

This is a hands-on role combining photography, short property videos, drone footage and digital floorplans. Our photographs are edited externally, and videos are filmed on a phone, so you don’t need to be a specialist video editor. You do need a keen eye, pride in your work and the ability to produce consistently strong results.

What you’ll do

  • Photograph homes for our sales and lettings listings, with a strong eye for composition, lighting and detail.
  • Film short property videos on a phone and edit them using CapCut.
  • Capture aerial photos and footage using a drone.
  • Create accurate digital floorplans, checking measurements and room layouts carefully.
  • Identify each property’s key features and write clear, engaging descriptions.
  • Represent Ashtons professionally when visiting clients’ homes.

What we’re looking for

  • A portfolio showing strong photography and video work; property examples are preferred.
  • Confidence using a camera, filming on a phone and carrying out basic edits in CapCut.
  • The ability to fly a drone.
  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly when producing floorplans.
  • Good organisation and the ability to manage several appointments each day.
  • Clear written communication and a full UK driving licence.

Experience with property floorplans and descriptions would be helpful, but we’ll provide training on our systems and processes.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5.30pm, plus one Saturday a month, paid extra, 9am–5pm.
