About Us

We design and manufacture bags, packaging, and other products for leading global brands and creative agencies. From our busy studio in Frome, we manage client services, production, and logistics – no two days are the same!

Role Overview

As an Artworker, you will support the creative and account management teams by creating engaging product visuals and preparing accurate artwork for client approval and production.

This is an entry-level role suited to a creative graduate or someone with a strong interest in design who is keen to develop their skills in a commercial environment. You will work across a wide range of branded products, learning how to turn creative ideas into artwork that can be accurately manufactured.

Key Responsibilities

  • Artwork & Visuals: Create product visuals, mock-ups and presentations for client enquiries using design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Artwork Preparation: Adapt and refine artwork to meet client requirements, brand guidelines and production specifications.
  • Artwork Checking: Review artwork carefully for accuracy, quality and suitability for manufacture, identifying and resolving issues before production.
  • Creative Support: Work with account managers and the wider team to develop visual concepts and respond to client feedback.
  • Digital Assets: Organise and maintain artwork, imagery and other digital assets, ensuring files are stored accurately and consistently.
  • Photography & Content: Support product photography and the creation of visual content for presentations, websites, social media and other marketing materials.
  • Samples & Projects: Assist with photographing, recording and managing product samples and support ad hoc creative projects as required.

Skills & Experience

  • A degree, qualification or experience in graphic design, visual communication or another creative discipline is desirable.
  • Some experience using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, through education, work experience or personal projects.
  • Some experience using AI tools to support creative and design work is desirable.
  • Creative with a good eye for detail, layout and visual presentation.
  • Accurate and methodical when checking artwork and files.
  • Able to take feedback and adapt work accordingly.
  • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Keen to learn about print, production and the promotional products industry.
  • Good communication skills and a positive, team-focused approach.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
