Location: Bristol Broadmead
Salary: £12.80 per hour + Bonus
Hours: Full-time & Part-time positions available, flexible availability required

We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Experience Consultants to join our launch team. If you're passionate about technology, enjoy engaging with people, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role:

As a DJI Experience Consultant, you'll be the face of our brand, introducing customers to our innovative range of drones, cameras, and creative technology. You'll deliver exceptional service, build product confidence, and help customers find the perfect solution for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences that reflect the DJI brand.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
  • Support the team with day-to-day store operations.
  • Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
  • Assist with stock management, deliveries, and inventory accuracy.
  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Share product knowledge and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Follow all company policies and operational procedures.

Responsibilities may vary slightly depending on business needs.

About You:

  • Previous experience in retail sales or a customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Passionate about delivering premium customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commercially minded with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Highly organised and comfortable working in a busy retail environment.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and a supportive team player.
  • An interest in technology, photography, drones, or consumer electronics is advantageous but not essential.
