We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Senior Producer to join our Marketing and Content team. Reporting to the Head of Creative Projects & Production, you will lead the creation and delivery of premium video and photography content that brings the Aston Martin Formula One Team brand to life across global audiences.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented producer with a passion for storytelling, sport and culture to create industry-leading content that drives fan engagement, enhances brand perception and delivers value for commercial partners. Working across race weekends, launches, hospitality activations and marketing campaigns, you will oversee productions from concept through to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities


  • Lead the end-to-end production of video and photography content across marketing campaigns, social media, brand storytelling, partner activations and live events.
  • Manage the full production lifecycle, including concept development, planning, filming, post-production and delivery.
  • Oversee onsite productions across race weekends, launches, factory shoots and hospitality environments.
  • Act as the lead production contact onsite, managing crews, schedules, logistics, equipment and stakeholder requirements.
  • Direct talent, contributors and production teams to deliver content aligned with brand objectives and creative vision.
  • Build and manage relationships with freelance creatives, production companies, photographers and agencies.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Partnerships, Social Media, Hospitality and Communications teams to deliver engaging, audience-first content.
  • Ensure all productions are delivered to the highest creative, technical and operational standards


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


  • Proven experience as a Senior Producer within sport, entertainment, luxury or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong expertise in premium video production, visual storytelling and content creation.
  • Experience producing and directing shoots in live sport, fast-paced environments or premium brand settings.
  • Excellent production management skills, including logistics, budgeting, scheduling and crew coordination.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to thrive under pressure.
  • Passionate about emerging content trends, digital platforms and innovative storytelling.
  • Collaborative, proactive and confident working in high-performance environments.
  • Flexible and willing to travel in the UK and internationally as required.
