We are looking for a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing/ & Social Media Executive with strong graphic design abilities to lead our online presence and grow our brand across multiple digital platforms. Available for either 3 or 5 days a week, depending on application.

This role is ideal for someone who is both strategic and hands-on, comfortable planning campaigns, creating eye-catching content, and analysing performance to continuously improve results. The position will be based in a rural setting on the outskirts of Hemel Hempstead. We pride ourselves in being able to provide an exciting work atmosphere whilst also being able to operate efficiently and effectively, ensuring our clients receive the best possible service when they attend their event. This position is a new role within the business for 2026 and requires an organised self starter, who can juggle multiple projects. You will be responsible for:

Digital Marketing

- Plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn

- Manage PPC, paid social, retargeting audiences, and conversion tracking.

- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, automations, and segmentation.

- Create and manage landing pages to support campaigns and improve lead generation.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer insights.

- Manage SEO tasks, including content optimisation, keyword planning, and reporting.

- Build and nurture relationships with influencers, celebrities, bloggers, and agencies to expand our reach.

Creative

- Produce content across email, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & LinkedIn for both B2C and B2B channels

- Produce high-quality graphics, adverts, banners, and visuals for digital campaigns.

- Edit images and video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.

- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all creative output.

- Assist the Media team in revitalising our Youtube Channel to provide consistent, reliable content.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytic dashboards such as Google GA4/SEMRush

- Proven experience growing social media channels and running paid campaigns.

- Proficiency with Canva (minimum) — Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro (preferred).

- Copywriting ability for captions, ads, and email campaigns.

- Strong analytical mindset and comfortable working with data/metrics.

Pay: Up to £31,000.00 per year
