Apprenticeship: Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3
Hours: Full-time

Are you creative, social-media savvy and always spotting the latest trends? Do you love fashion and want to learn what really happens behind the scenes of a successful online brand?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing fashion and e-commerce business and gain hands-on experience across social media, content creation, e-commerce and digital marketing.

You won’t be stuck doing boring admin. You’ll be working alongside experienced professionals, getting involved in real projects, real campaigns and real marketing activity from day one.

What You'll Get

What You'll Be Doing

  • Create engaging video and photo content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and Pinterest
  • Film and edit content using tools such as CapCut, Canva and TikTok's editing tools
  • Help plan, schedule and manage social media content
  • Work with creators, influencers and brand ambassadors
  • Keep up with viral trends, trending audio and new social platforms
  • Bring fresh ideas to marketing brainstorms
  • Support photography, video and other creative projects

Get Involved in More Than Just Social Media

As you develop your skills, you’ll have the opportunity to explore different areas of e-commerce and marketing, including:

  • Shopify – launching products and managing the online store
  • Online Marketplaces – supporting sales across major platforms
  • SEO & Content – helping improve website rankings
  • Email & SMS Marketing – creating campaigns that drive sales
  • Paid Advertising – gaining insight into Meta, TikTok and Google Ads

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Naturally creative and full of ideas
  • Interested in fashion, e-commerce and digital marketing
  • Comfortable in front of or behind the camera
  • Familiar with Canva, CapCut or similar creative tools
  • Always interested in what's trending online
  • Enthusiastic, proactive and keen to learn
  • A confident communicator and team player
  • Organised and willing to get stuck in

You don’t need previous marketing experience, that’s what the apprenticeship is for! We’re looking for someone with creativity, enthusiasm and the ambition to build a career in digital marketing and e-commerce.
