About Us

Villa energies operates as part of Rondel Trading Ltd which is a growing company operating across multiple sites. We are looking for a creative, organised, and flexible Social Media Content Creator to manage and grow our online presence across all of our brands and locations.This role is ideal for someone passionate about content creation, social media growth, and digital storytelling, who enjoys capturing real business environments and bringing brands to life online.

The Role

You will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging content across our social media platforms. This includes filming, editing, graphic design, and scheduling posts while ensuring our brand is represented consistently. You may occasionally need to travel to different company locations to capture content and support promotional campaigns. Due to the nature of social media and business operations, we are looking for someone who is flexible with their schedule, as some content may need to be created outside standard working hours (for example during events, busy trading periods, or special promotions).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow our social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
  • Plan and execute a content calendar across multiple business locations
  • Create engaging photo, video, and graphic content
  • Film and edit short-form video content (Reels / TikToks)
  • Design promotional graphics, adverts, and posts
  • Create and design in-house promotional materials, including posters, digital screens, menu boards, and point-of-sale displays to promote offers, events, and products within our sites
  • Travel to company sites when required to capture content
  • Monitor social media performance and analytics
  • Identify social media trends and create relevant content
  • Engage with followers by responding to messages and comments
  • Work closely with management to promote events, offers, and campaigns
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms

Skills & Experience

  • Experience managing business social media accounts
  • Strong video editing and graphic design skills
  • Experience using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar software
  • Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and social media trends
  • Ability to create engaging, high-performing content
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to working hours when required
  • Full UK driving licence preferred due to travel between sites

Desirable (But Not Essential)

  • Experience growing social media accounts organically
  • Knowledge of digital marketing or paid social ads
  • Photography and videography experience
  • Experience managing multiple brands or locations
