TRT/HRT Doctor — Balance My Hormones

Location: Fully remote (UK)

Job type: Part-time, employed

Hours: 30 hours per week, scheduled flexibly

Pay: £75,000–£90,000 full-time equivalent, depending on experience (pro rata for 30 hours: £56,250–£67,500 per year)

Balance My Hormones (BMH) is a CQC-registered clinic specialising in testosterone replacement therapy and men's hormonal health. We believe TRT done properly — thorough blood work, structured protocols and long-term monitoring — changes men's lives, and we're looking for a GMC-registered doctor who wants to practise that way.

This is medicine without the conveyor belt: unhurried remote consultations with motivated patients who want to be there, in a focused clinical area you can genuinely master. You don't need any TRT experience — full training is provided.

What you'll do:

• Conduct remote consultations, assessing symptoms, medical histories and blood results.
• Discuss treatment options, benefits and risks, and agree personalised treatment plans.
• Prescribe and monitor treatment within your competence and BMH's clinical protocols.
• Review treatment response, monitor safety and arrange investigations or referrals when appropriate.
• Keep accurate clinical records and contribute to clinical governance and service improvement.

What you'll need:

• Full GMC registration with a current UK licence to practise.
• At least two years of clinical experience post-FY2. No CCT and no prior TRT experience required — full training in our clinical protocols is provided, with ongoing support from our clinical lead.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centred care.
• Confidence working independently within a supportive clinical team.
• An interest in men's health, endocrinology or hormonal medicine.
