Full job description

HVAC Mechanical Services and Plumbing Project Manager Required

We are currently looking for an experienced mechanical HVAC project manager to work with the company .

We work in offices, schools, fitness centres, and medical facilities. We cater for the whole mechanical services package, including chilled water fan coils, refrigeration air conditioning systems, ventilation, plumbing, heating, gas, above ground drainage, and controls.

The role is sub contracting, where invoices will be issued and paid at the end of each month.

The candidate must be able to oversee pre construction design management (including reports on validations), the procurement of materials, subcontractors and plant throughout the project, budgets to meet the estimated profits and margins, issue correspondence including RFI’s and Technical submittals to facilitate the progress of the project, respond to client e-mails, liaise with the operational teams and contractors on site, issue O&M information, and handover a successful project.

The majority of the work is in London, and site visits are required to the project address to oversee works.

Remote working is completely acceptable for office work, with our procurement package web based. We would request a visit to the office (in Bromley) however for a catch up on projects where necessary.

Pay: £275.00 per day
