Pipefitter - Plymouth surrounding areas

2 year contract with extensions

To work on commercial projects. Typically 40 hour weeks, loads of overtime possible great company looking for 6 in their team.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems and materials required
- Install, assemble, and maintain pipes, fittings, valves, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems
- Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes using hand and power tools or machines
- Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges
- Repair or replace damaged pipes or plumbing fixtures
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure efficient completion of projects
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pipefitter or similar role
- Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina
- Valid driver's license
