This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident leader seeking flexibility and genuine work-life balance within a highly regarded private practice. We are open to both 3 or 4-day working patterns and can offer flexibility with the rota for the right candidate.

About Us

We are a highly reputable, private 4-surgery practice that has been proudly serving the local community for over 20 years. The practice has a long established and supportive team culture, creating a collaborative environment where everyone is valued and encouraged to thrive. As part of Envisage Dental a B Corp-certified organisation we are passionate about creating a people and purpose driven culture, putting both patient care and team wellbeing at the heart of what we do.

Our practice is located in the heart of charming Emsworth, a beautiful harbour side village nestled within Chichester Harbour. Situated within The Lodge, a stunning Grade II listed building, the practice combines character with a modern clinical environment. We also benefit from excellent commuter links and free parking directly opposite the practice.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially aware manager who wants to make a real impact. Building on an already strong team, you will focus on enhancing the patient journey, improving operational performance, and driving business growth. You will work closely with the clinicians and support the team to ensure operational efficiency, a positive patient journey, and a welcoming environment for both patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the practice team day to day
  • Help maintain a positive, supportive, and high-performing culture
  • Oversee operational processes and ensure smooth practice workflows
  • Support patient experience and front-of-house standards
  • Assist with rota coordination and team organisation
  • Ensure compliance and high standards across the practice
  • Support practice growth and continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous management experience within dental or healthcare settings
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
  • A calm, supportive, and team focused attitude
  • Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and team support
  • Commercial awareness and ability to support practice performance

What We Offer

  • Highly competitive salary
  • Annual performance-based bonus of up to £7,000
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, plus an additional paid day off for your birthday
  • Option to purchase additional annual leave
  • Strong support network, including dedicated central support teams
  • Contributory pension scheme
  • Generous referral scheme
  • Monthly and quarterly meetings with the wider business to build your community and share best practice
  • Genuine work-life balance
  • Free parking opposite the practice
  • Long-standing, experienced, and welcoming team
