Maesbrook Care Home

£24.50 – £26.00 per hour (depending on experience)

24–36 hours per week | Day Shifts

Not all nursing roles are equal — if you’re a confident nurse who wants to lead, take ownership, and work in a service raising standards, this role is worth your attention.

About the Role

We are looking for a clinically confident, organised Registered Nurse to join our team at Maesbrook Care Home.

This is a hands-on role where you will lead the shift, make clinical decisions, and ensure care is delivered safely and consistently.

You will be working with residents with complex nursing needs, including dementia and end-of-life care, in a service focused on strengthening systems, improving standards, and delivering safe, high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

**• Lead the shift and support the care team

  • Manage medications safely and in line with best practice
  • Maintain high-quality care plans and risk assessments
  • Monitor residents’ health and respond to changes
  • Ensure accurate, timely documentation
  • Escalate concerns appropriately and uphold safeguarding standards
