Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Duties

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and needs.
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patient assessments.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
  • Monitor patients' progress and respond promptly to changes in their condition.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment options.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to inform patient assessments and care strategies.
  • Proficient in medication administration, including understanding dosages, side effects, and interactions.
  • Exceptional patient care skills, demonstrating empathy, patience, and effective communication.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
