Are you a passionate Lecturer ready to inspire the next generation of professionals?

CER is excited to be supporting a forward-thinking College in South East London in recruiting Lecturers across a range of subject areas for part-time and full-time temporary positions starting in September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive environment where students are encouraged to develop their skills, confidence, and career ambitions.

You'll be delivering engaging and industry-relevant lessons, supporting learners at different levels, and helping students achieve their full potential both academically and professionally.

Ideally you will have:
  • A relevant teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
  • Industry experience or a qualification in your specialist subject area
  • Experience delivering lessons within Further Education (desired)
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills
  • A passion for supporting and developing learners
