Overview:

The Business Centre Manager is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within assigned markets. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of our products and industry landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

· Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.

· Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

· Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

· Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in CRM systems.

· Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

· Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or related roles.

· Strong understanding of business products and services.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Goal-oriented with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

· Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

· Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude to customer care.

· The ability to work to targets and deadlines

· Confidence to work alone without direct supervision.

· Resilient, self-motivated, and target driven

· Holds a full UK driving licence

· DBS check is required for this role
