Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. This is a great opportunity for someone with customer service skills and a passion for the food industry to take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
- Assist with bartending duties as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to food safety regulations
- Help train and develop team members, providing guidance and support
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly

- Ensure food preparation and production are carried out efficiently and according to established standards

Experience:
- Previous experience in a pub or restaurant setting is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
