Full job description

Hunters Estate Agents are looking for a Sales Progressor to join the well-established Pudsey Branch in Leeds

Essentially the candidate will have experience in Estate Agency and a for meeting deadlines to deliver exceptional customer service.

The position is a platform for developing your career with a market leader.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling the whole sale agreed portfolio
  • Understanding customer needs and meeting deadlines
  • Manage the buyer and sellers expectations
  • Arranging appointments for surveyors and contractors
  • Renegotiating the selling price, when required due to survey
  • Delivering excellent customer service and communication

The ideal person will be able to demonstrate the ability to build relationships with clients and exceed their expectations using a proactive and professional approach.

The Salary will be between OTE- £25,000 to £28,000k , between 32 and 36 hours a week.

We will provide the outstanding training and support to succeed
