Etwall Dental Practice is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Front of House (Dental Receptionist)to join our friendly, supportive, and growing team.

We are an independent, well-established mixed NHS and Private practice with 5* modern surgeries*, a loyal patient base and an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality dentistry in a caring and professional environment.

As a busy referral practice, you'll be working alongside experienced clinicians using the latest technology while helping to provide an outstanding patient experience.

This is more than a reception role. You'll be at the heart of the practice, helping patients feel welcome, supporting them throughout their treatment journey, and ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Answer telephone, email, and online enquiries promptly.
  • Manage appointments, recalls and clinician diaries efficiently.
  • Convert new patient enquiries into booked consultations, including Practice Plan registrations
  • Support patients through their treatment journey.
  • Follow up outstanding treatment plans and patient enquiries.
  • Process payments and assist with finance applications.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and CRM systems.
  • Work closely with our dentists and clinical team to deliver an outstanding patient experience.
  • Keep reception organised, professional and welcoming at all times.

What We're Looking For

  • Must have experience in a dental receptionist role
  • Experience using Exact or Dentally practice management software is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Confident using computers and digital systems.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work well within a team.
  • A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Saturdays – one a month
