We are looking for a friendly and professional Restaurant Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. In this role, you will manage reservations, greet customers, and ensure an excellent first impression while supporting the front-of-house team.

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage reservations, handle booking inquiries, and ensure an efficient seating arrangement.
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and respond to customer inquiries.

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle reservations, phone inquiries, and guest requests in a professional manner.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple bookings and ensure smooth service.
