Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our dental practice. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, responsible for managing appointments, handling administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival
  • Manage appointment scheduling and rescheduling efficiently using practice management software
  • Answer phone calls, respond to enquiries, and direct calls appropriately
  • Handle patient check-in and check-out processes accurately
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update information as required
  • Process payments and insurance claims in accordance with practice policies
  • Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
  • Ensure the reception area remains tidy, welcoming, and well-stocked with necessary supplies
  • Support the dental team with various clerical tasks to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

  • Previous office or administrative experience is preferred
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Friendly, professional manner with strong communication skills
