We currently have a position available for a spa therapist, which is ideal for someone with experience in the industry.

• Required Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent).
• Salary: Competitive, based on experience, with additional benefits such as commission, performance bonuses, and tips.

Our team specialises in a wide range of therapies, including Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Cancer Touch Therapy, and more.

We are currently looking to recruit a Spa Therapist to our friendly spa team. The role will involve working Saturdays. Aim of the Role:

Your primary aim will be to deliver 5-star spa treatments, ensuring every Granary Spa guest has an exceptional experience, with services tailored to meet their unique needs and preferences.

What we require from you:

We are looking for a positive, enthusiastic individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You should enjoy working with people and be a true team player with a friendly, outgoing personality.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and organise your treatment room for the day ahead.
• Perform professional services within the allocated time.
• Provide consistent treatments in line with spa policies and your training.
• Educate guests about specific wellness concerns and recommend suitable treatments and aftercare.
• Maintain and care for all equipment used in the spa, ensuring it aligns with The Granary Spa procedures.
• Follow treatment procedures to ensure correct product usage and effective stock control.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of all services and products offered (training will be provided where needed).
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in both the treatment room and spa in line with policies.
• Report any incidents involving staff or guests that require management attention.
• Actively promote the spa’s services, treatments, and retail products.
• Handle guest enquiries and concerns professionally and courteously.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a quality work environment.
• Attend and participate in training and staff meetings at the spa.
• Assist with front-of-house reception duties as required.
• Opportunity to work one evening a week to have a Saturday off
