Full job description
PCC is looking for a dedicated post-completion assistant who understands the importance of all post-completion formalities in a conveyancing transaction.
Attention to detail is vital and conducting due diligence is imperative.
Experience in a conveyancing firm and understanding property law is crucial. As the work is solely remote working you must be extremely confident in submitting applications of all sorts to HMLR.
This role pays £10.00 a case with an expectation to submit 10 applications a day if possible.
You will be working as a consultant and therefore you will be liable for all your taxes. You need to obtain your own professional indemnity insurance and pay for IT costs.
This vacancy is to be filled immediately and is a home-working role.
