Product Design - SaaS Platforms - User Experience & Interface Design

Full-time / Remote / DFUSION

DFUSION builds the technology powering YachtBuyer and YachtCharterFleet - two of the most advanced digital platforms in the global yachting industry. Our tools support discovery, search, listings, market intelligence and editorial content for millions of users worldwide. These are complex, data-rich web applications that demand thoughtful UX, beautiful UI, and seamless end-to-end product thinking.

We’re looking for a Product Designer (UX/UI) on a fixed - term basis to help define and elevate the user experience across multiple DFUSION products. If you’re passionate about solving complex design challenges, crafting clean and intuitive interfaces, and influencing the full product lifecycle, this role is the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end product design: research, flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI
  • Translate complex workflows (search, filters, dashboards, submissions) into simple, elegant user experiences
  • Develop and maintain a scalable design system for multiple platforms
  • Collaborate closely with CTO and Engineers from concept to deployment
  • Conduct usability testing, analyse feedback and iterate based on real user behaviour
  • Create user journeys and interaction patterns that improve clarity and efficiency
  • Ensure consistency, accessibility and responsiveness across all products
  • Produce polished UI designs with a strong eye for detail, spacing and hierarchy
  • Contribute to long-term product vision and strategic decision-making
  • Advocate for user-centred design while balancing business goals and technical constraints

What You’ll Bring

  • A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design (UX + UI)
  • 5+ years of experience designing SaaS platforms, dashboards or complex web apps
  • Expertise in Twig, JavaScript & CSS (components, auto-layout, design systems, prototyping)
  • Strong UX fundamentals: user flows, ideation, structure, interaction design
  • Ability to simplify large datasets, technical tools or multi-step workflows
  • Confident communicator who can articulate design decisions clearly
  • Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams in Agile environments
  • Understanding of accessibility and responsive design best practices
  • Bonus: experience with marketplace design, data visualisation or search interfaces

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

  • Work on platforms used by millions across the luxury yachting market
  • Direct influence on product strategy, structure and long-term design direction
  • Remote-first culture with flexibility and autonomy
  • Partner with talented Engineers who value and prioritise design
  • Ownership of cross-platform design systems and core product UX
  • A fast-growing team where your work has a visible, meaningful impact
