Contracts Manager – UK – Full time Remote

Salary from £50K

What You’ll Do With Us

As Contracts Manager you will lead the drafting, negotiation, administration, and continuous improvement of client and consultant agreements across a growing professional services business. The role will be responsible for ensuring contractual compliance, reducing commercial risk, accelerating contract turnaround times, and driving automation and standardization initiatives—particularly around consultant Task Orders and Statements of Work (SOWs).

The ideal candidate combines strong contract drafting skills with a process-improvement mindset and a passion for leveraging technology to create scalable, efficient contracting workflows.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Contract Management, Procurement, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years' experience in contract management within a professional services, consulting, technology, engineering, or similar environment.
  • Experience implementing or administering Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems.
  • Experience with workflow automation within Salesforce.
  • Professional certification in contract management (e.g. IACCM/WorldCC) desirable.
  • Experience working in a fast-growing consulting or professional services business.
  • Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
  • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes.
  • Experience managing consultant agreements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
