Full job description

Elevated Business helps small and medium-sized businesses attract more customers and generate repeat business through practical digital marketing solutions.

We're launching a new Email Marketing & Social Media Marketing service designed specifically for businesses that rely on repeat customers and referrals. To support this launch, we're looking for friendly, confident Freelance Sales Consultants to introduce our free trial offer to business owners and generate qualified appointments.

This is a flexible, remote opportunity that can fit around other commitments such as family responsibilities, studies, or existing work.

The Role

You'll be provided with researched call lists and will contact business owners to introduce our free trial marketing service.

This isn't a hard sell. Your role is simply to start conversations, identify interest, and either:

  • Book a discovery meeting with our founder, or
  • Generate interest so that further information can be sent by email.

We're looking for someone who enjoys speaking with people, can build rapport quickly, and is comfortable making outbound calls.

Responsibilities

  • Contact business owners from provided call lists
  • Introduce our free trial email and social media marketing service
  • Build rapport and identify businesses that could benefit from our services
  • Book qualified appointments into our calendar
  • Record call outcomes and notes using our CRM system
  • Maintain a professional and friendly approach at all times

Requirements

  • Friendly and confident telephone manner
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners
  • Previous experience in telesales, appointment setting, customer service, or lead generation is beneficial but not essential
  • Self-motivated and reliable
  • Comfortable working remotely
  • Access to a laptop/computer and reliable internet connection
  • Quiet workspace suitable for making calls

Commission Structure

You'll earn ongoing commission for every client you introduce who becomes a paying customer:

  • £150 in Month 1
  • £75 in Month 2
  • £35 in Month 3
  • £15 per month thereafter for as long as the client remains active

Commission is paid monthly based on active client subscriptions.
