Movers – Drivers Skills Needed

We are looking for clean-cut, hardworking, experienced ,responsible and professional movers to help us provide a top class service to our loyal customers.

We are looking for trained movers that have the following core job skills:

• stacking and loading vehicles/crates/containers
• padding/blanketing furniture whilst loading
• professional packing into boxes inc fragiles i.e glass/china
• dismantling/Reassembling furniture
• customer service

The qualities below are also a must for our company and how we work *:

• hardworking

• trustworthy

* Training will be provided on our company processes etc.

Our Pay Systems

Wages are made up as follows:

- Drivers/Foreman: Basic wage + Set Overtime Plan + Tips + Performance Bonuses

• Must have a clean drivers license
• 2 years+ driving experience
• Must be able to pass a road test in a van

7 days per week available! Our benefits include:

Job Title: Full-Time Movers & Drivers – Join Trunk Logistics

Location: South-East England (primarily London and surrounding areas)

At Trunk Logistics, we offer a wide range of removal services across South-East England, including domestic moves, office relocations, and international imports and exports. Due to our ongoing growth, we’re looking for reliable and hard-working Movers & Drivers to join our team. If you’re practical, enjoy working as part of a team, and take pride in providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely load and unload vehicles, ensuring that items are secure for transport.
• Pack household goods and office items, including fragile items like glass, china, and electronics.
• Provide export packing for international moves, ensuring items are securely packed for long-distance transport.
• Dismantle and reassemble furniture as required for both domestic and office relocations.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for clients.
• Work as part of a team to ensure timely and efficient completion of each move.

What We’re Looking For:

• A clean-cut, professional attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Experience in moving, driving, or export packing is preferred, but training is available for the right candidates.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others.
• Practical problem-solving skills, able to adapt to changing situations on the job.
• A full UK driving licence with at least 2 years’ experience.
• Reliable, punctual, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
