Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties

  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean, well-maintained, and stored appropriately

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an Italian Kitchen is preferred
  • Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen setting
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene
  • Previous restaurant experience demonstrating proficiency in meal preparation and serving
