Supervisor:

The King's Head – Contemporary Pubs Group

Following the successful launch of our beautifully refurbished pub, we're looking for enthusiastic, hardworking Front of House Team Members to join the growing team at The King's Head – the fourth venue within the award-winning Contemporary Pubs Group.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a professional, ambitious team that is passionate about delivering exceptional food, outstanding service, and memorable guest experiences. What You'll Be Doing

  • Delivering warm, professional, and attentive customer service.
  • Creating memorable experiences for every guest.
  • Working closely with the kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service.
  • Maintaining the high standards and reputation that Contemporary Pubs is known for.
  • Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous hospitality experience is essential.
  • Management or supervisory experience is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive, friendly, and approachable personality.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and a variety of shifts.
  • A strong team player who takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
  • A full UK driving licence or the ability to commute reliably.

  • A highly competitive tips package, with full-time team members typically earning £6,000–£8,000 per year in tips.
