The Role

As a TikTok Live Host, you will be the face of our live shopping streams, showcasing our collections, styling pieces, engaging with a live audience, and turning viewers into customers in real time. This is a performance role: your energy, personality and confidence on camera are what make it work. Full training and ongoing support are provided.

Host live shopping streams on TikTok, presenting our latest styles

Talk to a live audience, answering questions, styling, and keeping the energy high

Showcase products clearly and genuinely, so viewers feel confident buying

Work with our team on what to feature and when

What we're looking for

Confidence on camera above everything: you're comfortable talking to a live audience for a sustained stretch

Experience in live streaming, presenting or being in front of the camera is a real advantage

Retail or customer-facing experience is also important, as you'll be selling and engaging with people throughout

A natural, warm, engaging presence that people enjoy watching

An interest in fashion, styling and our modest-fashion aesthetic

Reliable and punctual, as lives run to a schedule

Comfortable selling in a genuine, non-pushy way

No previous experience in this exact role is required, as full training and support are provided, but confidence and personality are essential

Hours and pay

15 pounds per hour, paid monthly for your time on the live, plus performance bonuses on top: when the lives do well, you do well

Shifts up to 4 hours, which can be split across the day (for example two shorter lives). More hours can be offered if you want them

Evening, weekend and weekday availability needed, as our lives run into the evening, so flexibility across these is essential

Part-time and flexible, a great fit around studies or other commitments

Start date and November

Start date is the first week of next month

November is a key trading period for us, so we are unable to authorise holiday during November. If you have anything pre-booked, please let us know when you apply

Location

On-site at our Manchester studio, 39 Broughton Street, M8 8LZ. You will need to be able to reliably commute here
