Whether it's an acoustic set, a DJ night, or a themed event, there’s always something happening to keep the energy high and the crowd engaged. We’re open five nights a week Wednesday through Sunday. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service.

We’re now looking for a skilled and motivated Bar Duty Manager to join our leadership team and help keep the good times flowing.

Job Description:

As a Late Night Duty Manager, you'll take the lead during shifts supervising staff, ensuring smooth operations, and handling customer needs with confidence and professionalism. You’ll play a key role in upholding our high standards for service, safety, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as Key Holder: responsible for opening and securing the venue
  • Supervise and support bar staff during your shift
  • Open and close the bar in line with company procedures
  • Ensure smooth, efficient service during busy periods
  • Manage customer concerns or incidents calmly and professionally
  • Maintain stock levels and assist with ordering and restocking
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health, and safety regulations
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming bar environment
  • Report shift activity, including sales, incidents, and staff performance
  • Support training and mentoring of staff

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a bar or hospitality supervisory role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of bar operations, drink preparation, and POS systems
  • Confident in handling difficult situations and customer complaints
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Personal Licence holder

This is a full-time position and availability to work weekends and late nights is essential. Our venue has a late license to 3am.

Rate of pay is £14.50 per hour plus tips.
