What is the role?
Are you a passionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is driven by delivering exceptional guest experiences?
If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you at Stansted Airport (landside).
We're looking for a passionate Store Manager to lead our LEON restaurant, taking full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the site. You'll inspire and develop your team, ensure outstanding service standards, and create a welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back.
In this role, you'll drive operational excellence, maintain brand standards, and deliver strong commercial results. You'll lead from the front, coaching and motivating your team to achieve their best while ensuring every guest enjoys a first-class experience.

Main Duties will include:
· Operational Excellence: Manage the store’s daily operations to optimise profitability, drive sales, and maintain high standards of service.
· Team Leadership: Build and inspire a high-performance team culture, providing coaching and development opportunities for your team.
· Guest Experience: Ensure that every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience that reflects our core principles.
· Financial Management: Take accountability for P&L, stock control, labour management, HR, and payroll responsibilities.
· Compliance: Uphold company standards for food safety, service quality, and consistency.
The right candidate will:
· Have proven experience as a Store Manager in the hospitality sector (minimum 3 years)
· Be passionate about leading and developing teams to achieve operational and service excellence.
· Demonstrate strong financial acumen with experience in managing budgets, stock, and payroll.
· Have excellent knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations.
· Exhibit outstanding leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide your team.
· Be enthusiastic about creating a positive guest experience and maintaining high standards.
