Full job description

Experienced Hotel and Restaurant Manager to report directly to the General Manager of this 9 Bedroom Restaurant with Rooms. The successful candidate must have 2 years experience in a similar role and have a good knowledge of wine. WSET 2 would be an advantage. Outgoing and confident they will participate in all aspects of the hotel to include wine list, bar stock, staff rotas, meeting and greeting customers and ensuring smooth running of the bar and restaurant and preparation of guest bills.

We already have a General Manager with Great Wine and Spirit Knowledge and this role would suite someone that wants to increase there knowledge.

We offer the following:

  • Equal share of credit card tips currently £2 to £3.50 per hour worked. Plus Cash Tips
  • Straight shifts start at 2pm or 3pm till 10pm or 11pm
  • We are Closed Christmas at least 2 days before and 2 days after.
