Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a passionate, hands-on entrepreneur who:

  • Has an uncompromising commitment to quality, hospitality, and guest experience.
  • Comes from the top tier of the industry — rooms like Chiltern Firehouse, Annabel's, 5 Hertford Street, The Connaught, Claridge's, or Scott's, or their equivalent in another major city.
  • Has held a senior leadership role — General Manager, Restaurant Director, Head Maître d', or senior floor management — in fine dining, luxury hotels, or private members' clubs.
  • Understands a discerning, repeat clientele, and the discretion that comes with it.
  • Knows wine properly and can hold the list, the cellar, and the conversation.
  • Works well with a serious kitchen — at this level the pass and the floor are one partnership.
  • Understands the importance of consistency, attention to detail, and maintaining the highest operational standards.
  • Can inspire, lead, and develop a high-performing team — and hold that team in the current London market.
  • Possesses strong commercial instincts and understands how to build a loyal guest base.
  • Shares a passion for creating a beautiful, welcoming environment that reflects the sophistication of Mayfair.
  • Is excited by the opportunity to own and grow their own business within a premium hospitality setting.
